When you make a purchase with your Wacoal E-Gift Card, the value of your merchandise plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your balance. You cannot add value to your Wacoal E-Gift Card or redeem it for cash or credit.

You can check your Wacoal E-Gift Card balance by calling the Wacoal Service Team at 1-800-922-6250.

The bearer of a Wacoal E-Gift Card is responsible for its loss or theft, so please safeguard your card and the number on it. If your Wacoal E-Gift Card is lost or stolen and you have proof of purchase, we will issue a replacement for the balance shown in our records. The number that appears on your Wacoal E-Gift Card is required for all inquiries.

Your Wacoal E-Gift Card never expires.

No taxes are charged on the purchase of Wacoal E-Gift Cards. Applicable taxes are charged when Wacoal E-Gift Cards are redeemed.

Wacoal E-Gift Cards may not be resold. Wacoal America does not guarantee Wacoal E-Gift Cards purchased through unauthorized resellers or other Internet auction sites.
