1. Where can I use my Wacoal E-Gift card?

Use your E-gift card online at Wacoal-America.com or btemptd.com. Or, if you would like personal assistance, you can choose your merchandise online and then order by calling our customer service representatives at 1-800-WACOAL-0 (1-800-922-6250).


2. In what amounts are Wacoal E-Gift cards available?

E-Gift cards are available in any denomination between $25.00 and $500.00, so there's one for every budget and occasion!


3. What happens if my Wacoal E-Gift card is lost or stolen?

E-Gift cards are just like cash, so it is very difficult for us to replace them. If your E-Gift card is lost or stolen call 1-800-WACOAL-0 (1-800- 922-6250) immediately and report the number of the missing card to our customer service representatives. We will investigate your claim. If your balance can be recovered, we will have it transferred to a new E-Gift card. Please note, we make no guarantee that we will be able to replace your gift card if it is lost or stolen.


4. Do Wacoal E-Gift cards expire?

In general, Wacoal E-Gift cards do not expire, and they do not have dormancy fees associated with them. However, E-Gift cards issued as promotions or credit given for an online purchase do have an expiration date, which will be clearly indicated when they are issued.


5. How can I check my E-Gift card balance?

You can check your balance by calling Wacoal customer service representatives at 1-800-WACOAL-0 (1-800-922-6250).


6. What if I don't receive the E-Gift card that I ordered online?

It's possible that your e-gift card was routed to spam or a junk mail folder, so check these locations first. If you still cannot find your e-gift card, contact a Wacoal customer service representatives at 1-800-WACOAL-0 (1-800-922-6250), and they will confirm your email address and then resend the E-Gift card.


7. Will I get confirmation of my order?

Whenever you shop Wacoal-America.com or btemptd.com you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number that you can use if you need to refer to your purchase for any reason.


8. Who can I contact if I have questions about my E-Gift card order?

Wacoal customer service representatives are available to answer your questions. You can contact them at 1-800-WACOAL-0 (922-6250) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST. Please have your order number ready when calling.


9. Can I cancel my E-Gift card order?

If your E-Gift card has not yet been sent to the recipient, you can cancel your order by contacting Wacoal customer service at at 1-800-WACOAL-0 (922-6250). However, you cannot cancel your E-Gift card order at any time after the requested delivery date, including the same day that you have selected for it to be delivered.


10. When will my credit card be charged for my E-Gift card order?

Wacoal E-Gift cards will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit card statement as Wacoal/b.tempt'd (eGifter) gift card purchase.


11. When will my recipient receive her Wacoal E-Gift card?

While placing the order you will have the ability to select a customized delivery date. If you choose to have the E-Gift card delivered on the current day, it will be sent to the recipient immediately after the order is completed.
